Pennard Plants is a long-established (25+ years) mail-order nursery based in a Victorian walled garden in East Pennard, Somerset. It specialises in edible plants, offering one of the UK's largest selections of Heritage and Heirloom vegetable and flower seeds (covering hundreds of varieties from achocha to watercress), seed potatoes, onion sets, shallots, garlic, fruit trees (apples, pears, plums, cherries, figs, olives, pomegranates and more), soft fruit, grapevines, citrus bushes, herb plants, and unusual edible perennials. All seeds are hand-selected and hand-packed in house. The shop ships to Great Britain, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands only, with free shipping on orders over £99 during promotional periods, and offers seasonal gift boxes of curated seed packets. Visits to the nursery are strictly by appointment only.
