ExoticPlants (exoticplants.at) is an Austrian specialist webshop run by biologist Robert Zeillinger, focused on exotic plants sourced from all corners of the world. Their core range covers cacti, succulents (Euphorbia, Aloe, Agave, Crassula, Stapelia, Sansevieria), rare caudex/caudiciform plants (Stephania, Adenia, Dioscorea, Dorstenia), orchids, bromeliads (including Tillandsia, Dyckia, Puya), palms, cycads, and Yuccas/Dasylirion. They also stock trending tropical houseplants such as Hoyas, Philodendrons, Monsteras, and Anthuriums, and since 2026 have added indoor bonsai to the range. A notable selling point is their collaboration with breeders from the Americas to Southeast Asia, giving access to species rarely or never otherwise available in Europe; some lines are also frost-hardy selections suited to outdoor growing in Central European climates. The shop rounds out its offer with specialist substrates, pots, and planters, and is complemented by a physical glasshouse in Vienna (open Fridays and Saturdays).
